Delta Airlines

Group PMX is providing Project Management, Scheduling, Cost Control and Change Order Management services for this $172 million Delta Airlines at LaGuardia Airport renovation project (as a subcontractor to Parsons). Group PMX’s role has since expanded to include the following additional responsibilities: auditing of all invoicing, overseeing the change order review and negotiation process, estimating of new and/or future scope, managing the TSA in-line baggage screening reimbursement program, monthly reporting, scheduling and all document controls.

LGA Terminal C&D Renovations

The core components of this program include reconfiguring the airfield to accommodate the Delta fleet along with replacing jet bridges.
