Group PMX has been providing project and program management services to NYPH since 2011. Michael Giaramita serves as Project Executive. To date, the Group PMX staff has managed over 25 projects in this 3 year timeframe and new developments are currently underway. Additionally, Group PMX has established program-wide project and master schedules for the 2012 – 2018 Capital Plan (includes all decant projects) and is providing Project Management Oversight, Scheduling Training and Support to project management and hospital management staff. The Master Schedule is also the single source document for projecting cash flow for the entire Capital Program.
