Group PMX’s team is supporting CUIMC’s Capital Project Management Department to manage a portfolio of projects under the Tenant Improvement Plan for Columbia Doctors’ new building. This 25,000 square foot medical building has three floors and is occupied by several medical institutions including NY-Presbyterian and Columbia Doctors practices. This tenant improvement plan includes a new network infrastructure; renovation of the façade, landscape, hardscare, common spaces, and several medical suites; and improvements to interior and exterior wayfinding.
Group PMX is executing the projects in phases to minimize the effects to existing tenants. The procurement method for all projects is Design-Bid-Build, which provides control over project costs and ensures that the building is up to Columbia University Irving Medical Center standards.
