ICRC Building

This 304,000 SF cancer research building serves as the model research building on the CUMC campus. The facility includes (13) thirteen floors above grade. They are: lobby, seven laboratory research floors, two animal care floors and three mechanical floors. Three floors below grade are available for parking.

The final project was delivered on schedule, on budget and to the quality expectations of the University.
