Radiology Office Relocation

This GMP project entails relocating the Radiology Department Administrative offices. They will be moved to the Presbyterian Hospital Building (1st floor), which is the location of the former cafeteria area. The new space will include offices for staff and a place for the Residents to utilize (which will contain a large divisible conference room that can support classroom functions). Library and a small conference room are also planned to be constructed.

Incorporated in the relocation, is the transfer and enlargement of the electrical closet to consolidate panels to one central site. The existing IT closet will expand, with minimal service interruption. To provide continuous level of service to customers, a portion of a prep kitchen will remain active during this work. The relocation also accommodates a new lab to be built in the existing office space.

The final project totals $8.6 million, 8,275SF and is targeted to be delivered both on schedule and budget.
