Southwest Freeway Reconstruction

This $250 million major highway reconstruction project included the overall management of design and building the 13 miles of lane expansion (from 3 to 7) in each direction along with high-occupancy-vehicle lanes, nine new bridges, four new interchanges, two park-and-ride lots, and a transit center.  All work was performed while maintaining existing traffic levels.
