UCONN Campus, Storrs, CT

The project was managed in two stages. The first involved remediating over 40,000 code violations that were issued to three large dormitory/apartment complexes which were recently completed by design/build firms. The second stage was a plan development for physical inspections, thereby allowing a database for open issues to be created with detailed next steps. Once all deliverables were resolved, a final inspection would be issued for compliance. This assignment was fast tracked to be finished during the summer; a 3 month window where no students would be utilizing the living quarters. As the project was successfully completed on time, all dorms were opened to receive students for the fall semester.
