The project focused on planning and design management of a new 65,000 square foot medical facility to house Imaging, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, and Neurology practices. NYU Winthrop’s goal is to improve patient experience and satisfaction, and to increase capacity within the practice. The program provides 51 exam rooms, two GE 3T MRIs, a GE CT, three X-rays, and two ultrasound rooms.
