The relocation and upgrade of the Harkness Pavilion’s 11,000 square foot Core and Automated Laboratories includes space to house the automated equipment as well as bench space for back-up equipment for manual functions. The fit out of the existing floor spaces includes refrigerated and non-refrigerated storage, new offices and locker rooms, new electrical and IT closets, the demolition and upgrade of the existing bathrooms and the addition of a new air handling unit adjacent to the Mechanical Equipment Room as well as new drains below the automated equipment.
