Group PMX is part of the Program Management Team with TDX Construction to provide Project Management and Superintendent Services for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Education Center.
The project included the renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of raw space into 40 faculty offices – addressing a shortage as noted in the College’s Master Plan – within a vacant section of the C Building’s 9th floor.
The project included a customized training space with several advanced AV classrooms to support high-quality business education programs along with a reception area, support/copy space, restrooms, and a new mechanical room.
