Group PMX’s partner, Michael Giaramita, provided Owner’s Representation services to L’Oréal at several of their US locations. For their US Corporate Office at 575 Fifth Avenue in New York City, he completed two entire floor renovations. For their Softsheen/Carson Chicago office he managed the complete gut renovation project.
The 23rd-floor renovation at 575 Fifth Avenue was delivered in less than half of the original schedule time, under budget, and to the client’s expectations. As a result of Mr. Giaramita’s successful negotiations with vendors, he managed to save L’Oréal over $150,000.
