As part of our facility management role at HSS, we managed the Neurology expansion and renovation of the medical practice at the East River Professional Building, including overseeing the architectural and MEP design to accomplish a biddable set and the award of the construction project. These projects included a complex phasing plan, integrated around active medical practices. As with all our projects, the management and procurement of IT equipment, furniture, and exam room equipment is integral to the project completion, turnover, and user satisfaction.
