The relocation of the Radiology Department’s Administrative Offices to the Presbyterian Hospital Building’s former cafeteria space allowed for an expansion of approximately 8,200 square feet. The new space included staff offices, an area for the Residents with a large divisible conference room to support classroom functions, and a small conference room that also serves as a Library. As part of the relocation, the project relocated and enlarged the electrical closet to consolidate panels into one location and expanded the existing IT closet with minimal service interruption. A portion of a prep kitchen remained active during construction. This project was completed as a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
