The build-out of a new office suite for the Surgery and Vascular Department’s administrative includes interior demolition, abatement, and interior fit out of an existing suite. The renovation of the 4,300 square foot suite required roughly 6,800 square feet of asbestos containing material to be removed. The building’s core and shell upgrades include new utility tie-ins and sprinklers. The interiors include offices, work areas, and a conference room with new finishes and furniture throughout.
