Group PMX has been providing Unifier Development / Management services to MSKCC since 2014. This engagement includes the review and evaluation of all processes and workflows, WBS simplification, definition of cost reporting, development of executive dashboards, scheduling, data integration, streamlining processes to reduce entry of information, and data integrity validation.
Group PMX’s work at MSKCC includes:
- Acting as liaison between implementation consultant team and owner
- Coordinating with all departments to ensure that workflows follow MSKCC policies and procedures, including audit requirements
- Reviewing and testing processes for owner to ensure full functionality and implementation of owner’s needs
- Master schedule development and integration
- Developing additional reporting strategies for various reports
- Implementation of a detailed cost coding structure (in line with the WBS) that identifies, tracks and correlates budget items, commitment and costs
