Unifier Implementation

Group PMX has been providing Project Controls / Unifier Development and Management services to NYU Winthrop Hospital since 2013. Group PMX was hired shortly after the software selection was completed, and the programming and integration phase had started. Our work has included:

  • Acting as liaison between implementation consultant team and owner
  • Reviewing and testing processes for owner to ensure full functionality and implementation of owner needs
  • Schedule integration
  • Coordinating with Finance, Purchasing and Accounts Payable to ensure that workflows follow NYUWH policies and procedures
  • Development of business processes for:

o   Budget initiation, modifications and monitoring
o   Invoice processing
o   Timesheet tracking
o   Forecasting
o   Project-specific updates
o   Schedule tracking & forecasting

  • Staff augmentation
