Simon’s expertise encompasses commercial management, cost and change order management, budgeting and financial analysis, estimating, and auditing. He has provided these services within a range of teaming and contracting arrangements, including design-build and traditional design-bid-build agreements. As a skilled change order negotiator, he has built a strong track record of success collaborating with trade contractors, subcontractors, and architectural and engineering consultants to optimize cost savings and labor efficiencies for his clients.
