Our collaborative culture has always been built on taking the best practices from our leadership, employees, and clients. We’re always learning and always innovating. But until today, this progress was hard to prove and measure.

Impact@PMX is built on the idea that KPIs (key performance indicators) can be our guide as we move forward. Because when we measure performance, we know what’s working, and where we need to improve.

Across Group PMX, we’re bringing environmental, social, and governmental (ESG) goals to the forefront with a unique structure that reaches across our entire organization. We’ve formed three working groups to address key aspects of our program to ensure we are always doing what’s right for our clients, ourselves, and our communities.

Each group has its own identity and mission.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)

Support team members of diverse identities by celebrating and promoting diversity and inclusiveness in everything we do.

Culture, Safety, & Impact (CSI)

Bolster our organizational safety and wellness and develop a strong community impact program to invigorate our socially conscious team members.

Technology & Innovation

Collaboratively identify and commercialize cutting-edge technology solutions, which enhance overall project delivery, ROI, and environmental performance.
