Gelest opens 50,000 sq ft facility in Morrisville, PA for semiconductor nodes and EUV lithography.
We’re thrilled to announce that Gelest, Inc. has successfully completed the construction of a state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot facility at its Morrisville, PA headquarters, dedicated to scalable dry resist production. This advanced facility, which includes a 3,000 square foot ISO 7 clean room, will significantly enhance Gelest’s capabilities and drive its ongoing innovation in the semiconductor industry.
Group PMX is proud to have been part of this project, working alongside Gelest and Mitsubishi Chemical America. Our collaboration with Barr & Barr, Inc. ensured that every aspect of the new construction was executed with precision and excellence. The facility, designed for scalable manufacturing and an active campus environment, represents a strategic expansion of Gelest’s headquarters and a commitment to the future of advanced materials and semiconductor technology.
