Earth Day is an annual event celebrated on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. Earth Day serves as a global platform to raise awareness about pressing environmental issues such as pollution, deforestation, climate change, and species extinction. It calls upon us to take action and protect and preserve our planet for current and future generations.

At Group PMX, we recognize the urgency of these environmental challenges. We believe that as a key player in a resource-intensive industry, we can harness our leadership, team culture, and innovative solutions to reshape our relationship with the environment. That is why we are proud to unveil the Group PMX Environmental Policy & Climate Ambition (Environmental Policy).

When we established our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, Impact@PMX, we made a lifelong promise to create positive effects on the planet, society, and our stakeholders. The Environmental Policy is one of many ways we intend to honor this promise.

The Environmental Policy outlines our commitments to:

• integrate environmental considerations into all aspects of operations;
• minimize greenhouse gas emissions from our projects and work environments; and
• empower our team members to be environmental stewards in their personal and professional lives.
