Working with CBRE, Group PMX’s staff is serving as the Owner’s Representative for Westchester Medical Center’s new outpatient facilities building. This 290,000 square foot Ambulatory Care Pavilion has eight floors above grade plus one below grade. The program for the building includes two MRI facilities, two CT suites, 3 CATH labs, eight ORs, and 40 Pre/Post Op bays.
The execution of this project includes constructing a new building between two active hospitals without causing any disruption to operations or patient experience. This includes utility expansions of the main electrical line, water supply lines, high-pressure steam, and medical gas tie-ins.
This project is under the authority of the New York State Office of General Services.
