A Multidisciplinary Approach to Project Leadership
Throughout her career, Sabeel has worked across higher education, healthcare, corporate, residential, and cultural facilities, managing complex projects that require collaboration among owners, designers, contractors, and institutional stakeholders.
Her background in civil and structural engineering, combined with experience in design and construction management, provides a comprehensive understanding of the technical and organizational challenges involved in project delivery.
At Group PMX, Sabeel leads project management for Stevens Institute of Technology’s 250,000-square-foot Digital Innovation Hall, a mixed-use academic and residential development incorporating classrooms, laboratories, and student housing, with a target of LEED Gold certification.
She also supports Columbia University’s residential development initiatives, coordinating design, procurement, permitting, construction, and stakeholder engagement for projects that advance the university’s community benefit commitments.

Sabeel’s experience demonstrates how effective project leadership requires more than technical expertise. It involves bringing together diverse perspectives, navigating competing priorities, and keeping the owner’s broader mission at the center of project decisions.

Her expertise includes owner’s representation, design management, construction administration, stakeholder coordination, and complex project delivery across higher education, healthcare, corporate, residential, and cultural facilities.
Sabeel holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. She has also completed coursework in interior design at Parsons The New School for Design.
