The program continues NJ TRANSIT’s investment in maintaining the state’s public transit network by repairing or rehabilitating customer-facing facilities, including commuter rail, light rail, and bus facilities. The SGR work is grouped into and classified according to 12 distinct components:

  1. Building Exterior/Shell
  2. Building Interiors
  3. Canopies/Platforms
  4. Electrical
  5. Equipment
  6. Fare Collection Equipment
  7. Fire Protection
  8. HVAC
  9. Plumbing
  10. Site
  11. Substructure
  12. Vertical Transportation

Group PMX Role on the Project
Group PMX specializes in implementing a Project Management Information System (PMIS) tailored to the SGR Program’s unique needs. This comprehensive PMIS solution seamlessly integrates various facets, including cost management, schedule management, procurement management, internal time management, risk management, document management, resource management, and a robust analytics reporting tool. The reporting aspect covers essential performance indicators such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Cost Performance Indicators (CPIs), and Schedule Performance Indicators (SPIs).

Our involvement in this initiative encompasses leading discovery meetings, conducting gap analysis and implementation strategy development, executing the PMIS solution deployment, providing training, delivering reports, and offering continuous support.
