Group PMX Co-Founder Farid Cardozois a distinguished industry leader with an extensive portfolio that has been pivotal in shaping the success of our organization. With over 27 years of experience spanning pre-construction, design, construction, and project and program management, he provides executive-level guidance to multidisciplinary project teams handling multibillion-dollar assignments within the tri-state area.

Farid’s comprehensive project management expertise, which includes planning, scheduling, and project controls, has been vital in the successful execution of projects in widely varying sectors such as healthcare, transportation, education, research, aviation, government, and environmental. His adept oversight extends to projects employing alternative delivery methods like design-assist, design-build, and P3s, highlighting his strategic leadership and adaptability in an ever-evolving industry. Through his leadership, he consistently demonstrates that even the most challenging projects can achieve success through effective project control tools and proactive, collaborative team approaches.

As President and COO, Farid takes charge of all operational aspects, carefully managing project-related staff assignments to execute the firm’s growth and marketing strategies and establish goals and objectives. He also leads our business development strategy, specifically emphasizing the rapidly growing rail and transit sector, which has become a focal point of the firm’s expansion.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Farid is an active contributor to the community. He serves as a board member for Habitat for Humanity New York City and Westchester County and Co-Chairman of the influential New York Building Congress, Public Building and Procurement Committee. Farid is also a proud alumnus of the University of Florida.
