H. Eddie Cardozo

Eddie Cardozo, our firm’s technology leader, leverages his 16 years of diverse experience in project management to spearhead efficient technology adoption and implementation, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. He specializes in providing program management services encompassing software integration, project controls, and scheduling initiatives.

Notably, Eddie has held crucial roles as an integration and implementation manager for project management platforms like Unifier. These platforms have played a pivotal role in efficiently managing complex multi million-dollar capital projects in hospitals, universities, and infrastructure projects throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

During these engagements, Eddie’s responsibilities included conducting comprehensive gap analyses that involved scrutinizing existing workflows and business processes. He worked closely with internal client teams to ensure the seamless development of systems and provided robust reporting capabilities, allowing clients to closely monitor budgets and schedules.

In addition to his project-related work, Eddie leads our firm’s information technology department. He oversees critical hardware and software integrations and maintenance, ensuring our technological infrastructure runs smoothly. He’s also responsible for evaluating emerging technology, keeping us at the forefront of innovation.

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The City College of New York, City University of New York.
