With over three decades in construction, she is a “builder’s builder,” known throughout the industry for her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and ability to successfully navigate complex projects and challenges.

Her passion lies in bringing her clients’ visions to life, and she does so with a profound understanding of the unique requirements associated with various market sectors. She excels not only in troubleshooting project obstacles but also in risk mitigation, where she comprehensively assesses potential risks, defining strategies to mitigate them. Furthermore, her expertise extends to industry support and knowledge sharing, as she possesses the ability to connect with the right people for the issue at hand, all while being an attentive and effective listener – qualities that enhance her capacity to tailor strategies to meet each client’s distinct needs.

Jenny’s impressive portfolio spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, higher education, cultural, corporate/commercial, and government projects, where she consistently delivers outstanding results. She specializes in the art of pre-construction, meticulous planning, risk mitigation, and the flawless execution of major endeavors, be it overbuilds, modernizations, renovations, or ground-up construction projects.

As a team builder and mentor, Jenny advances cooperation in demanding projects, often executed with tight schedules and budget constraints. Her leadership consistently motivates, raises the bar, and fosters talent development for those working alongside her.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jenny is a proactive leader dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the industry. She serves as the Executive Sponsor of our firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Working Group and is a board member of Professional Women in Construction, actively working towards creating a more equitable and dynamic future for everyone in the field.

Jenny earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and holds credentials as a retired Professional Engineer in New York and certified LEED AP BD+C by the U.S. Green Building Council. She is also a member of esteemed organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Association of Medical Facility Professionals, and the New York Building Congress Healthcare Committee.
