Manhattan West, Central Podium & Retail Plaza

Group PMX provided project scheduling services to the AECOM Tishman construction management team for the Manhattan West retail plaza project. This project is a key component of the 5.4-million SF mixed-use development by Brookfield Properties on Manhattan’s West Side. Built above active railroad tracks, the plaza features a 240,000 SF curated food and retail area and a 1.5-acre public park.

Within our scope of work, Group PMX took on various responsibilities. These included conducting schedule reviews with the client, project manager, site superintendents, and consultants. We also performed monthly schedule updates in collaboration with subcontractors. Furthermore, we developed and disseminated a forward-looking schedule for each contractor involved and meticulously tracked the project’s overall progress.
