Regeneron Campus Expansion

The expansion of Regeneron’s Tarrytown Campus is an extensive initiative involving the enlargement of the existing campus in Tarrytown, New York, by 900,000 square feet. This ambitious endeavor entails the construction of eight new structures, encompassing a central utility plant, parking garages, research and development facilities, a process management and development center, a vivarium, office and amenities pods, and a plaza. Given the project’s immense scope and complexity, it is a significant undertaking within the pharmaceutical industry.

Group PMX played a crucial role within the Campus Expansion team, providing project management services. Our team coordinated program verification for the underground parking structure, vivarium, and research buildings. In addition to this, we carried out schedule and budget analyses and actively participated in design decision meetings.
